The Great House Foundations is the primary funder for a plethora of services provided under a bona fide 501c3 organization, The Great House Ministries International Inc. We provides educational assistance to the families of the communities of Essex County directly by tutoring and mentoring through our Expectations Program. We are working on our scholarship and sponsorship programs for higher education. We are fighting hunger for the poorer families through Our Community Foodbank, The Great House Community Foodbank. Our Warm Factor programming assist with warm meals, winter clothing and efficient housing for all families. Our Disaster Relief Programs works in distress areas to reduce human sufferings and family abandonment including estrangement. Our counselling programs is aimed at the reduction of domestic & family violence while our drug and alcohol programs is designed to reduce chemical dependency and abuse while caring for the health and healing of the individual from depression and regression. Our immigration counselling program emphasizes safe and legal immigration while providing direct help to our immediate immigration crisis. We are partnering with other agencies to assist deportees and repatriating citizens to go through the process of relocation, employment and family ties. Our Healthcare program, West Essex Health Care Services, provides treatment and rehabilitation for the users, dependents and family. We assist with the programs to keep families together by reducing frustration and pressure in the homes. Our annual budget is $1,800,000.00. This budget of our foreign missions budget for programs which focuses on education, agricultural programs and family development IS $5,000,000.
